Rules and Regulations

 

Drivers must read this information. If rules are not followed you will be disqualified!

 

1. Drivers will be held responsible for there vehicle and safety of there equipment.

 

2. All questions, concerns & disputes will be taken to race officials. Official’s decision is final.

 

3. Trucks must have operational brakes, throttle returns and ignition shut off.

 

4. Drivers must have approved helmets and seatbelts.

 

5. Keep foul language to a minimum.

 

6. All vehicles must have a top or roll cages installed. 

 

7. Drivers must adhere to a 5mp in parking area and in the staging area.

 

8. Entry fees entitles racers to have one pit pass. Additional passes can be purchased at $20.00 anyone and everyone will sign a liability waiver. 16 to 18 year olds must have a parent or guardian’s signature.

 

9. Nitrous equipped vehicles must be clearly identified and have visible and a functional kill switch.

 

10. All vehicles must have a fire extinguisher mounted inside.

 

11. Drivers must attend drivers meeting or you will be disqualified.

 

12. All batteries must be solidly fastened down. (no bungee cords or tie down straps)

 

13. If you appear intoxicated you will be disqualified!

 

14. When Gate closes registration is done prior one time phone call.

 

15. Vehicles may be disqualified during inspection if  it is determined to be unsafe.

 

16. Unsportsmanlike conduct will not be tolerated.

 

 

Class Qualification

 

 

Stock

· OEM Stock, No Mod or Swaps of any kind

· Must be street legal

· Headlights, Tail lights, etc

· Max tire size 33” DOT unaltered

· Lift kit may be added to accommodate tire size only. No blocks in front

· No open headers

 

Super Stock

 

· No body swaps

· Must be naturally aspirated single carb and factory fuel injected.

· No more than 3 performance enhancing changes (see below).

· Max tire size 40.0” DOT unaltered.

· Must be street legal, full OEM body & frame. Bumpers not required.

· No fiberglass, no cut beds, no cut wheel wells.

· Run corporate engines (Ford’s run Ford’s Dodge’s run Dodge’s).

· Big block motors in full size truck or sport utilities only. All other will be bumped

                   to Pro stock.

 

Pro stock

 

· No more than 5 performance enhancing changes (* see below).

· Must be naturally aspirated, single carb, no special fuels.

· No nitrous oxide, no alcohol.

· Max tire size 44.0” DOT unaltered.

· No suspension modification except to accommodate tires.

· No gutted cabs or bodies, wheel wells may be trimmed to fit headers only, inner fender             wells may be removed.

· Body swaps OK.

· Must run transfer cases- no chain drives.

· Driveline loops, u-joints shields, and trans blankets recommended.

*Performance enhancing changes

 

Headers- Carburetors (including fuel pump)- intake manifold

Performance ignition (coil, points, conversion, etc.)

After market heads, cast or aluminum

After market rear performance suspension (3 or 4 link)

When using a factory style leaf spring rear suspension, the leaf spring must remain bolted solid on one end and shackled on the other, as well as bolted to the axle as designed by the factory, otherwise we would count the suspension as an enhanced item.

Mods

 

· Any engine mod, excluding turbo, blower

· Must be naturally aspirated, single carb, no special fuels

· No nitrous oxide, no alcohol

· Must be OEM body and frame vehicle, no fiberglass bodies, cut beds allowed, fiberglass nose allowed

· No narrowed bodies.

· No paddles allowed , no cut tires.

· Max tires size 44” DOT unaltered.

· Must run transfer case- No chain drives.

· Drive line loops, U-joint shields recommended, trans blanket required.

· Back of front axel tube cannot be more than 4” forward of front of block.

 

Pro mods

 

 

· Any engine and modifications, excluding turbos, blowers.

· May run nitrous oxide, or alcohol.

· Must be naturally aspirated only.

· May run multiple carbs.

· Drive line loops, u-joint shields, trans blanket, and chain drive guards required.

· Must run rubber tires.

· Safety kill pin required.

 

 

Open class

 

 

No limitations as long as event safety requirements are met.
